Pennsylvania man dropped appeals in drunk driving lawsuit against bars, panel hears

By Matthew Santoni (July 11, 2022, 6:58 p.m. EDT) – The son of a woman killed by a drunk driver was unable to get a Pennsylvania appeals panel to revive his claims against two bars accused of served the driver too much alcohol, largely because he failed to keep or properly inform his requests for a new trial or judgment despite the verdict, the court heard Monday.
