MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A Minnesota appeals court panel has sided with the state’s health department in imposing fines on law societies that violated emergency safety orders issued during the coronavirus pandemic.

The three judges, in a decision released Monday, upheld the health department’s authority to suspend bars’ licenses and impose fines.
