Wynn Las Vegas has unveiled details of a new room concept that will transform its luxury accommodations across Wynn Las Vegas and Wynn Tower Suites. Currently under construction and slated for completion by June 2022, the project is the largest and most expansive design evolution ever to the tower’s 2,674 guest rooms, suites, elevator lobbies and hallways.

At its heart, the new room design aims to give travelers a sense of escape that instantly feels comfortable and familiar. Rooted in a polychromatic palette of soft hues, layers of patterns and textures abound. Each room is highlighted by wooden walls, an array of functional and atmospheric lighting, luxurious textiles and linens, and accents of natural stone, decorative metal, and original artwork.

New furnishings, fixtures, lighting and artwork – all exclusive to Wynn Las Vegas – were either custom designed by Lenahan or commissioned from a diverse collective of global master craftsmen. Every room, from the standard 59-square-foot Wynn Resort King to the 169-square-meter Wynn Tower Suite Salon, offers a retreat environment and features a bespoke iteration of the new theme, which is decidedly more residential. While individual touches have been created to suit different room layouts, the most notable changes include a reconfiguration of the toilet in the standard room to introduce separate vanities and double the storage space; an enlarged dressing room with mirrored walls and an improved closet with a new wardrobe; and an extended multipurpose table in the main saloon for working and dining. Additional power and data ports and advanced contactless in-chamber technologies complete the package.
